口蹄疫 県境６カ所通行止め 鹿児島・曽於（毎日新聞）

　口蹄疫（こうていえき）感染疑いの牛が確認された宮崎県都城市と県境を接する鹿児島県曽於（そお）市は１２日、県境の一般道路６カ所を三角コーンと看板などで“通行止め”にした。しかし、現場はすり抜け可能で、畜産農家から実効性を問う声も出た。市は県境３２カ所のうち他にも２０カ所を通行止めにする計画だが、作業は週明け１４日に始めるという。

　通行止めの看板には「口蹄疫の侵入を防止する為（ため）通行をご遠慮下さい」「曽於の畜産を守る為ご協力をお願いします」と書かれた。家畜伝染病予防法は、７２時間の通行規制、遮断を認めているが、発生場所から２０キロ以上離れた地域での適用は難しい。そのため鹿児島県も曽於市も「法的には強制できない」という。

　また、池田孝市長は１２日夜、同市役所での会見で「都城市で２例目、３例目が出たら全面封鎖を検討する」と述べた。【黒澤敬太郎、新開良一】
